- Josie Cluer works in public service reform and intermittently writes on politics and public services. A former Labour Special Adviser, she is the co-founder of Don’t Judge My Family, the campaign against the Marriage Tax Allowance, and chaired the 2010 Young Fabian Policy Development Group on work and families.
